Tall, Grande, Venti

Starbucks unlike many other places separates the veterans from the rookies. It is an establishment offering so much, as well as presenting you with the choice to spice up your morning exactly how you would like. Newcomers are challenged to pick up on their catchy lingo while the regulars are presented with the question on whether or not to shake up the usual. Though you seldom walk in and there isn’t already line in front of you, it is worth the time spent.
To me Starbucks is that extra pick up in the morning and breakfast on the go. Though I can’t claim to know the entire menu I do have a great appreciation for their handcrafted beverages and light pastries. Aiming to keep every visit a positive one my order remains very simple and rarely changes. Whether it’s the fear of ruining my morning with something that won’t sit just right or the simple love for what I always get, I am unsure of, but I do know it never fails me. In my eyes a grande caramel frappuccino with extra caramel and a morning bun does wonders for my body. Like most people at 7:30 in the morning sleep deprivation and impatience has already taken over, but by the time I leave, both hands full, I feel my day starting to liven up.
The caramel frappuccino being one of Starbucks’ more popular beverages is a very delicious treat. The combination of bold coffee and sweet smooth caramel makes the taste unforgettable. The addition of extra caramel, both in the drink and on top, and whip cream adds the right touch to the already superb blend. The mixture of all these components, none over powering the other is an excellent chilly pick me up to give you an extra boost in the morning.
In addition to the chilled drink I personally favor Starbucks’ morning bun. For those who are unaware of what a morning bun is, it’s just a fancy croissant. Plain I know, but the perfect addition to a frappuccino. The morning bun is a flaky croissant sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar resembling a fluffy cinnamon roll without the added calories. This light breakfast pastry is not too much to the point that I feel like I am sitting down to have dessert but sweet enough to add a little pep to my step. The morning bun is simple but still very enjoyable. In my eyes Starbucks, though pricey, is well worth the wait and will definitely leave you satisfied.
