As a proud employee of Chick-fil-A
I take pride in saying our specialty shakes compete with the finest. Despite
the fact that Georgia is no longer known as the peach state, Chick-fil-A is known
for its infamous peach shake.
Although not a permanent choice on
the menu, when summer time comes around this chilling dessert is bound to hit
the spot. From the time the limited time only sign rests in the window and the sixty
second commercials overpower your television screens, until the very last peach
of the summer leaves the store, cars are wrapped around numerous establishments
trying to get their hands on a large hand-spun milkshake. I must say without
any doubt that any wait is time well spent because with this dessert in hand you
will always exit the restaurant with a feeling of nostalgia.

My first sip being one just for
promotional purposes, simply because the question arose that as the new hire
how can I comment on possibly one of the best things on our menu without ever
have trying it. To me that seemed quite conceited but after my first rather
long experimental sip, which soon turned into a full large cup and preferred
drink on break, I understood exactly what I was missing out on. Now knowing
from experience and not just word of mouth how delicious it truly is I had the
confidence to recommend it to any customer curious about what all the commotion
was about, even to people who claimed they didn’t like fruit bits in their
shakes. The peach milkshake to me was a totally different experience in the
milkshake world.
When it comes to this dessert the
people don’t lie and all of the rumors are true. The peach milkshake is one of
Chick-fil-A’s many specialty shakes that you cannot let pass you by. Though it
will turn into an undying addiction you will get exactly what you pay for, no
more and definitely no less.
Finally a milkshake that is nothing
but extraordinary and presents its self in a rich peach flavor. Unlike the
competition this specialty shake refuses to abuse its name, somehow
incorporating the perfect mix of real peach bits and a smooth vanilla shake,
forcing me to believe there is definitely something phenomenal in simplicity.
The peach milkshake, differing from others in the sense that it lacks that over
whelming taste of artificial flavoring and giant fruit chunks making it
absolutely impossible to sip out of a straw, leaving you chewing more of your
shake than you do your food. This delightful dessert topped off with whipped
cream and a maraschino cherry makes it look just as desirable as it tastes. Who
knew you could get such quality from a fast food restaurant.
